Your feedback is important to us……

As a result of COVID-19, District 6 (London, ON and area) was unable to complete the inventory process in 2020.

With the addition of Zoom meetings and for planning of future meetings, district feels it is a good time to re-engage in the process.

Since the last district inventory was done in 2013/2014 the timing is reasonable to do another one.

You can serve the fellowship by completing this survey, regardless of your length of time in the program. The District 6 Inventory Committee will be asking questions that will hopefully bring awareness to members and answers for discussion at the District 6 business meeting. Questions will be broken down into the following categories:

1) Member 

2) Home Group 

3) Friday Night Open Speaker Meeting 

4) Zoom 

5) Final Questions
 

Most questions have an additional space  for you to share your feedback, the more you can share the more we know and can grow. Your anonymity is protected at all times throughout this process. If you leave the survey without completing it, your progress will not be saved, and you will have to start the survey over again. The survey will be available on line until midnight on August 27, 2021.
